General Product related questions
No. All our SharePoint add-ons / Web Parts work with WSS 3.0 only.
Our add-ons / Web Parts are fully tested and support the following browsers: Microsoft Internet
Explorer 7+, Mozilla Firefox (latest production version) and Google Chrome (latest
production version). We design our products to be cross-browser compatible so that
you can implement COVRI add-ons / Web Parts both in internal and external (Internet web sites)
solutions.
We do not provide any downloadable documentation but information on product installation,
configuration, customization and usage by end users is available on our website
Our product support English only, however in future we’ll support more languages
All information regarding product releases and upgrades is put on our website
COVRI releases new product versions 3-4 times a year and include feedback based
enhancements and bug fixes. Customers that purchase the standard support plan enjoy
product upgrades at no additional cost.
The administrative interface included in COVRI products is tested with only Microsoft
Internet Explorer 9 and 10, while the end-user interface is tested using the following
browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer - latest two versions Firefox, Chrome, Safari

Evaluation and Licensing
The trial versions of COVRI products are fully functional and conveniently deployed
on any development, test or production machine. We encourage end users to test drive
our products!
Simply click the "Download” button for the product you are interested in page and
download your trial version, which is fully-functional for a period of 30 days.

COVRI products are available with Server License, Farm License and site collection
license with options for 180 days validity and 365 days validity.

COVRI offers development license for non-production servers however this is made
available for customers ordering production license. Please
contact us for further details.
COVRI server license do not limit the number of end users. Every server running
the "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application" service will need a separate
license.
A Farm License can be used across all site collections within a SharePoint farm;
however the maximum number of users within each site collection is limited by the
end-user number limit provided by your license. For example, a 100-end user Farm
License means that the number of users within a site collection should not exceed
100.
A Site Collection License has end-user number limit and can be applied to one site
collection only. If the current end-user amount exceeds the amount of end-users
allowed by your Site Collection License/Farm License, the original functions and
settings of the software will NOT be influenced until you change them (e.g. additions,
deletions, modifications, etc.) Thus you would need to make sure the number of end-users
is within the end-user number limit provided by your license.

If you are using COVRI Server license then when a new Server is added a separate
license is required. Replace an old server where the Server code changes will be
a special case where you should contact our sales team

Server Code or Site Collection ID/Farm ID can be found on the license management
page (this will appear after you install the trial version of our software on your

Support and maintenance
We offer Standard support and Premium support for COVRI products. Please visit our
support page to know details regarding the support plan
If the product is purchased with Premium support then no additional amount should
be paid to receive newer versions. For products with standard support the new version
at full price must be purchased, or order the Premium support plan and gain the
ability to receive updated product versions at no additional charge for the following
year.
Order and Purchase
COVRI products can be ordered in following two ways-
- Online, web order – Browse to the "Buy now" section of the product in COVRI
web site and click the "Proceed to pay" link.

- Purchase order – Send a purchase order document by email to our sales team:
sales@covrisolutions.com. The purchase
order document should include the following information:
- Your company name and logo
- Your company's address, phone, fax, email (of main contact).
- List of the ordered products, for each product – name, price, number of licenses.
- Total order amount in US dollars (USD)
- Name, job title and signature of the order's owner
We prefer PayPal for payments for our products. The end users who are not on PayPal
may contact our sales team sales@covrisolutions.com
to get a secure purchase link generated and emailed to you. Here you may pay with
a credit card online. Our default payment currency is USD
Bank wire transfer facility is also available however all additional applicable
bank wire transfer charges will be buyer’s responsibility.
We do not provide refunds. COVRI provide a fully functional product for a trial
period of 30 days and we believe this should allow you to fully test and familiarize
yourself with the product before making a final purchase decision.
